¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â »ó±ÞÁ¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»ç°¡ ÀνÄÇÏ´Â Àü¹®Á÷ ÀÚÀ²¼º°ú ÆÀ¿öÅ©°¡ °£È£¾÷¹«¼öÇà¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿© ÃßÈÄ °£È£»çÀÇ ¾÷¹«¼öÇàÀ» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇÑ ÁßÀç °³¹ßÀÇ ±âÃÊÀڷḦ Á¦°øÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃÇàµÈ Ⱦ´ÜÀû ¼­¼úÀû Á¶»ç¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù.

°á°ú: °£È£»çÀÇ Àü¹®Á÷ ÀÚÀ²¼ºÀº 169.8Á¡(240Á¡ ±âÁØ), ÆÀ¿öÅ©´Â 3.40Á¡(5Á¡ ±âÁØ), °£È£¾÷¹«¼öÇàÀº 4.30Á¡(5Á¡ ±âÁØ)À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀϹÝÀû Ư¼º¿¡ µû¸¥ Â÷ÀÌ´Â Àü¹®Á÷ ÀÚÀ²¼º¿¡¼­´Â ±Ù¹«ºÎ¼­, ÆÀ¿öÅ©¿¡¼­´Â ±Ù¹«ºÎ¼­, Á÷À§, ¿ª·®°³¹ßÀ» À§ÇÑ ¿¬°£ ±³À°Âü¿© Ƚ¼ö¿¡ µû¶ó À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´°í, °£È£¾÷¹«¼öÇà¿¡¼­´Â ¿ª·®°³¹ßÀ» À§ÇÑ ¿¬°£ ±³À°Âü¿© Ƚ¼ö¿¡ µû¸¥ ±×·ì °£ÀÇ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. °£È£»çÀÇ Àü¹®Á÷ ÀÚÀ²¼º°ú °£È£¾÷¹«¼öÇà °£ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è´Â r=0.42(p<.001), ÆÀ¿öÅ©¿Í °£È£¾÷¹«¼öÇà °£ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è´Â r=0.50(p<.001)·Î °¢ º¯¼ö¿Í Á¾¼Óº¯¼ö °£ÀÇ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. »ó±ÞÁ¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ °£È£¾÷¹«¼öÇà¿¡ ´ëÇÑ È¸±ÍºÐ¼® °á°ú °£È£»ç°¡ ÀνÄÇÏ´Â ÆÀ¿öÅ©(¥â=.40, p<.001)¿Í Àü¹®Á÷ ÀÚÀ²¼º(¥â=.27, p<.001)ÀÇ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 30.5%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ Åä´ë·Î °£È£»çÀÇ Àü¹®Á÷ ÀÚÀ²¼º Çâ»ó°ú ÆÀ¿öÅ©ÀÇ Á߿伺¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ÀνÄÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â °è±â°¡ µÇ°í ÀÚÀ²¼º°ú ÆÀ¿öÅ©¸¦ ÇÔ²² ÁõÁø½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ±³À° ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ Á¦°ø ¹× Çù·ÂÀû ¾÷¹« °ü°è¸¦ À§ÇÑ ±Ù¹«È¯°æÀÇ °³¼±ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the effects of professional autonomy and teamwork on clinical performance to improve the clinical performance of tertiary hospital nurses.

Methods: Data were collected from June 1 to June 30, 2017 and a total of 172 nurses from three tertiary hospitals participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe? test, Pearson¡¯s correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0.

Results: Clinical performance showed a statistical difference depending on the number of education session for competency, and it showed a positive correlation with professional autonomy and teamwork. The factors affecting the clinical performance of the tertiary hospital nurses included in teamwork (¥â=.40, p<.001), professional autonomy (¥â=.27, p<.001). These factors accounted for 31% of clinical performance (p<.001).

Conclusion: It is important to find ways to improve clinical performance of tertiary hospital nurses. Furthermore, there is a need to include continuous and systemic education programs for professional autonomy and suitable programs to elevate teamwork."
